In fruit crops (like citrus and grapes), it improves the skin’s luster, the fruit’s colour, and even the flavour profile by regulating sugar movement.

In high-pH or "limy" soils, regular copper gets locked up and becomes stone-like. EDTA protects the copper, keeping it liquid and available for roots.
